ALUMINIZED FULL SUIT
Material : Aluminized with para aramid fabric.
Brand &Make : UDYOGI.
MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION : Aluminized Fabric Weight : 480 GSM.
Warp : 2700 N, Weft : 1700 N.
The fabric is tested and certified to EN11612: 2008 having a rating A1, B1, C3, D3, E3, F1 – Clothing protective against Molten metal splash & Heat Protection , Welding & Flame protection.
The fabric offers excellent thermal, radiant and convective heat protection.
Outer Layer : Para Aramid bassed Aluminized fabric.
INNER MOST LAYER:
The inner most layer is made from flame retardant fabric.
The fabric has a total weight of 340 g/m2 (+/- 5g/m2).
The fabric is tested and certified to EN 11612 having rating of A1, A2, B1, C1, E3, F1.
DESIGN : Coat & Pant :
COAT
The coat is designed to offer maximum protection with limited discomfort to the user.
The coat is provided with front zip fastening arrangement with overlapping flap with Velcro adjustment.
The coat is provided with high protective collar with throat guard and Velcro tightening arrangement for better protection.
The sleeves of the coat are provided with cuff type , Cuff with press button adjustment
coat is stitched with Kevlar thread.

PANT
Offers maximum protection with limited discomfort to the user.
Heavy duty nylon suspenders for fit adjustment with quick release snap buckles. Zipper adjustment .
Fastening arrangement at the bottom.
The pant is stitched with Kevlar Thread .

HOOD
– Designed to cover the full head area and overlapping the shoulder.
-Two fastening arrangements to hold the hood firmly on the head.
The hood is provided with silver visor for better heat reflection.
The Hood is provided with FRP Helmet for Flame & Heat protection.

HAND GLOVE The hand glove is designed consisting of four fingers and a thumb.
The hand glove is provided with additional heat insulation lining.
The length of the glove is 14 “
The glove is stitched with Kevlar thread.
ALUMINIZED SAFETY SHOE : Made of Aluminized with Para aramid fabric.
